Tididi Terms of Service
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This English version is a translation of the Korean Terms of Service. If there is any difference in meaning, the Korean version prevails. For users in Japan, the Japanese version and its "Special Provisions for Users in Japan" apply. For users in the United States and Australia, this English version, including the "Additional Terms for Users in the United States" or the "Additional Terms for Users in Australia" at the end, applies, and the English version prevails.
Users in the United States: the Additional Terms for Users in the United States include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (US-5) that affect your legal rights. You may opt out within 30 days.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and members, and other necessary matters, regarding the use of the Tididi application and all related services (the "Service") provided by the individual operator of Tididi (the "Operator").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the Tididi application provided by the Operator and all services provided through it, including running record management, creating and sharing posts, following, messages, and notifications.
- "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, signs up for the Service, and uses the Service provided by the Operator.
- "Post" means any information a member publishes in the Service while using it, including photos, videos, text, running records, and links.
- "ID" means the email and username set by the member and approved by the Operator to identify the member and use the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Changes of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise announced to members.
- The Operator may change these Terms to the extent that does not violate applicable laws. When the Terms are changed, the Operator will announce the effective date and the reason through in-app notices from 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to members or significant).
- A member who does not agree to the changed Terms may terminate the agreement (delete the account). If a member continues to use the Service without objecting until the effective date after the announcement, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement and Sign-up)
- The agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for sign-up, and the Operator accepts it.
- The Operator may refuse, or later terminate, an application in the following cases:
- Applying under another person's name
- Entering false information or omitting information requested by the Operator
- A child under 14 applying without the consent of a legal guardian
- A person who lives in the United States or Australia and is under 18
- Other cases where registering as a member is judged to significantly hinder the operation of the Service
Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Operator strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. The protection and use of personal information are governed by applicable laws and the Privacy Policy separately set by the Operator.
Article 6 (Responsibility for Account and Password)
- Members are responsible for managing their account and password and must not let a third party use them.
- If a member becomes aware that the account has been stolen or is being used by a third party without permission, the member must notify the Operator immediately. The Operator is not responsible for disadvantages arising from failure to notify.
Article 7 (Provision and Changes of the Service)
- The Operator provides members with the following services:
- Running record management and statistics
- Creating and sharing posts (photos, videos, text)
- Social features such as following, Fire (likes), saves, and messages
- Any other services the Operator additionally develops or provides through partnerships
- The Operator may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and will announce this in advance through in-app notices. In urgent cases, the announcement may be made afterwards.
Article 8 (Service Hours and Interruption)
- In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, all year round, unless there are special business or technical issues.
- The Operator may temporarily interrupt the Service for unavoidable reasons such as regular system maintenance, server expansion or replacement, network replacement, natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, or traffic surges, and will announce this before or after.
Article 9 (Obligations of Members)
Members must not:
- Register false information when applying or making changes
- Use another person's information
- Alter information posted by the Operator
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Operator or third parties
- Damage the reputation of, or interfere with the business of, the Operator or third parties
- Publish or post obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals
- Defame others by slandering them or spreading false information
- Post content that may cause sexual shame to minors or sexually objectify them
- Post spam or advertising without permission
- Engage in any other illegal or improper conduct
Article 10 (Management of Posts and Copyright)
- The copyright of posts a member publishes in the Service belongs to the member who created them.
- By posting in the Service, the member agrees to grant the Operator a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, and edit (without changing the essential content) the post for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service and developing new services. This license ends when the member deletes the post or deletes the account. However, it may not extend to copies already saved or shared by other members.
- If the Operator judges that a member's post violates Article 9 (Obligations of Members) or infringes the rights of others, the Operator may delete it or make it private without prior notice.
- The Operator is not responsible for disadvantages arising from information a member discloses through their own posts.
Article 11 (Restriction of Use and Termination)
- If a member violates obligations under these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Operator may restrict use of the Service step by step—warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension—without prior notice, or terminate the agreement.
- Notwithstanding the above, in cases requiring urgent action, such as misuse, identity theft, illegal acts, or serious violations related to the protection of minors, the Operator may immediately take measures such as permanent suspension.
- A member who objects to a restriction may file an objection at tididiapp@gmail.com.
Article 12 (Account Deletion)
- Members may terminate the agreement at any time through the account deletion feature in the Service.
- Upon account deletion, the member's personal information and posts are handled in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Damages and Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided "AS-IS," and the Operator makes no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
- The Operator is released from responsibility for providing the Service if it cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, power outages not caused by the service provider, equipment failures, or communication outages.
- The Operator is not responsible for problems in using the Service caused by the member.
- The Operator is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of posts, materials, or facts that members publish or register in the Service, has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between members and third parties through the Service, and is not liable for damages arising from them.
- Unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Operator, the Operator is not liable for damages incurred by members in connection with the use of the Service. Where the Operator's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Operator's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
- For users in the United States and Australia, this Article applies together with the Additional Terms for those users, and the Additional Terms prevail if they differ.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- Disputes between the Operator and members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Operator and members related to the use of the Service shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
- For users in Japan, the United States, and Australia, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions for those users (the Japanese version's Special Provisions, US-5 and US-6, and AU-7) apply instead.
Article 15 (Contact)

Additional Terms for Users in the United States
These Additional Terms apply to members who live in the United States (a "U.S. Member"). If they differ from the main text of these Terms, these Additional Terms prevail for U.S. Members. For U.S. Members, the English version of these Terms prevails over any other language version.
US-1. Operator Information
- Operator: LEE SEUNGHWAN, an individual doing business as "Tididi"
- Location: Nowon-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea
- Contact: tididiapp@gmail.com
US-2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, including if you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or you are on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- If we learn that a member who lives in the United States is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account.
US-3. Health and Safety
- The Service is a social platform for sharing your running life. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or training advice. Distance, pace, heart rate, calories, and other figures shown in the Service (including figures imported from a health app or a watch) may be inaccurate.
- Running and other physical activity involve risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
- You are responsible for your own safety, including obeying traffic laws and being aware of your surroundings. Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you while running.
US-4. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
- We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
- If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it (for example, the username and a description or link of the post)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Designated agent: LEE SEUNGHWAN (Tididi), email tididiapp@gmail.com (subject line "DMCA Notice"). The agent's full contact information, including mailing address and telephone number, is posted at https://tididi-db733.web.app/dmca-en.html and is registered in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
- If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent. We will promptly notify you if we remove your content because of a DMCA notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice and restore the material not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
- Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
- Repeat infringers: in appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
US-5. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES U.S. MEMBERS TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES WITH US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
- Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, you and we each agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice to tididiapp@gmail.com with your name, the email or phone number of your account, a description of the dispute, and the relief you want. We will send our notice to the contact information of your account. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the notice is received, either party may start arbitration. Any time limit for bringing a claim is paused during this 60-day period.
- Agreement to arbitrate. Except as stated in item 3, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a "Dispute") will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. The arbitrator decides all questions about the scope, enforceability, and interpretation of this agreement to arbitrate, except that a court decides questions about item 5 (Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver).
- Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and stays in that court, and (b) ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
- Rules and procedure. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect (available at www.adr.org), as modified by this section. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. Unless you and we agree otherwise, the arbitration will be held by video conference or in the county where you live; if your claim is US$10,000 or less, you may choose to have it decided on the written submissions alone. Payment of fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, which limit the fees a consumer pays. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award, but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent needed for that party's individual claim.
- Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND THAT YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. If this item 5 is found unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request (and only that claim or request) will be separated from the arbitration and decided by a court, after any individual claims have been arbitrated.
- Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel or organizations, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply, to the extent they apply under the AAA's rules.
- Opt-out. You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by emailing tididiapp@gmail.com, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," within 30 days after you first accept these Terms (or after the date these Additional Terms first take effect for you, if later). Include your name, the email or phone number of your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
- Changes. If we change this section after you accept it, the change will not apply to a Dispute of which we had notice before the change. If we make a change that is unfavorable to you, you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days after it takes effect, and the version of this section you previously accepted will continue to apply to you.
- If this section is not followed. If, for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration (including because you opted out), the Dispute will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction, and you may bring it in the state or federal courts for the county where you live.
US-6. Governing Law
For U.S. Members, these Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable U.S. federal law, and the laws of the U.S. state where you live, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Article 14 (1) and (2) do not apply to U.S. Members.
US-7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA (INCLUDING RUNNING AND HEALTH FIGURES) WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
US-8. Limitation of Liability
- TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.
- These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
US-9. Your Responsibility for Your Content
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from third-party claims caused by content you post or by your violation of these Terms or of the law. We will notify you of any such claim and may take part in its defense.
US-10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: (1) these Terms are between you and the Operator, not Apple, and the Operator (not Apple) is solely responsible for the app; (2) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; (3) to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app; (4) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims; (5) Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights; (6) you must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless carrier's terms) when using the app; (7) if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the app; and (8) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
US-11. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may give you notices and other communications electronically, such as through in-app notices or to the contact information of your account, and that these satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
US-12. Notice for California Residents
The Service is provided free of charge. The Operator's contact information is in US-1. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

- If you think we have restricted your account by mistake, you can ask us to review it at tididiapp@gmail.com. We will not require a government-issued ID as the only way to confirm your age. Any information you give us to confirm your age is used only for that purpose and is destroyed once the review is finished.
